In this 6 week course we will be exploring practical techniques and tools to enable you to feel hopeful and powerful, rather than fearful or anxious about changes to come.

The sessions will be a small group of like minded women, the same women every week, so we can share thoughts and experiences and ensure your questions are answered.

Introducing Menopause

This session is about exploring the science, some biology, what to exprect and also exploring our personal fears, worries, and experiences.

Identity

We will spend time thinking about what is important to us, how this transition may impact our idendity and consider what it is that we want from life.

Managing Inflammation

We will talk about inflammation, how this is linked to the changes we experience in our body and explore some of the ways we have to manage this.

Stress and Mental Health

We will learn ways of managing stress and understand the impacts of the menopause on our mental health and neurological symptoms.

Diet

Exploration around a diet that is both delicious and supportive to our bodies. We will not be demonising any foods in this section but rather thinking about nourishment.
